Plättli Zoo Frauenfeld

The Plättli Zoo has been an integral part of Frauenfeld since 1958. It exhibits around 50 animal species from all over the world. With the support of Pro Specia Rara, the Seeburgpark Kreuzlingen animal park has specialized in keeping and breeding old domestic animal breeds that have almost disappeared and aims to bring visitors closer to animals and nature again. Here you can meet goats, Engadine sheep, Swiss chickens and rabbits. The animals can be pampered with food from the park. The idyllically situated horse and donkey farm in Eschenz is home to 16 horses, 17 donkeys, 16 tame Valais black-nosed sheep, two Kune Kune pigs and two cats.
