Our journey begins at the end of Lake Constance
The Rhine Falls near Neuhausen is the largest waterfall in Europe. A boat trip with Schifffahrt Mändli is an absolute must for anyone with a camera! After the ascent to the Rhine rock, you can enjoy a 360° view in the middle of the gushing masses of water. The Thurbo regional train takes you comfortably along the Untersee towards Arenenberg.
Imperial prospects
To acclimatize yourself to the Lake Constance region, pay a visit to Arenenberg Castle. The only German-speaking Napoleon Museum with its unique view of Untersee is located directly opposite the island of Reichenau. Another highlight of your visit is the breathtaking Arenenberg Garden World, which has its origins in the Middle Ages. Experience a journey through the garden trends of the last 600 years in the smallest of spaces.

"It's unimaginable that around 700,000 liters of water plunge down the Rhine Falls every second!"

Cruise with the "white fleet" included
If you buy the Bodensee Card Plus for three days, you can travel for free on two days on the Lake Constance cruise. Owners of the Bodensee Card for seven days benefit from four days' free cruises. On board one of the URh or SBS scheduled boats, the Lake Constance region can be viewed particularly well from the water.
The world of zeppelins
From Arenenberg, the regional train winds its way along the shores of Lake Constance to Romanshorn. On the way, it is worth stopping at Seeburgpark Kreuzlingen, the largest public recreation and nature adventure park on Lake Constance. From Romanshorn, the largest port on Lake Constance, you can make use of the scheduled boat trip, take a seat on one of the ships in the "white fleet" and cross over to Friedrichshafen. Our next excursion destination, the Zeppelin Museum, is located right by the harbor. This is home to the world's most important and extensive collection of everything to do with airships. A special highlight is the 33-meter-long, walk-in partial reconstruction of a Zeppelin.

"Come up, look down and enjoy!"

Far-sighted conclusion
To round off these eventful days, you make your way towards Appenzellerland. After a guided tour through the picturesque old town of Arbon, you will head up high. Enjoy a 6-country view from the summit of the Säntis and the wonderful view of the Lake Constance region. Come up, look down and enjoy!
The Bodensee Card Plus can be obtained from the tourist information offices in Arbon, Frauenfeld, Romanshorn and Kreuzlingen. A visit to one of the various information points is always worthwhile.
