Wolfer Winery

The winery is situated in a beautiful location in the middle of the Ottenberg vineyard, but not directly on the wine trail. A visit to the Wolfer winery requires an extra walk. The Wolfer family attaches great importance to grapes rich in extract and presses aromatic and full-bodied wines from them.

The Waidli and Bründlerberg vineyards together form the Wolfer winery. Two families run the business together. The wine cellar is nestled in the Bründlerberg vineyard. From both vineyards you can enjoy an unobstructed view over the wide Thur valley as far as the Säntis. The Wolfer winery in Weinfelden was named world champion Pinot Noir producer by Mondial des Pinots in 2013. The Wolfer family also regularly receives prestigious awards and prizes. The wine tasting with a guided tour of the vines and wine cellar is particularly worthwhile.
