Tröpfel - non-alcoholic drinking pleasure

When the alcohol limit was lowered in Switzerland, the time, two women from Thurgau and the fruit were ripe for Tröpfel! Patricia Dähler and Esther Schaefer created their first non-alcoholic sparkling wine from grapes and apples from Eastern Switzerland. This received various awards. The women followed on from this success with three other sparkling wines, such as Kingwer, slightly spicy, with pumpkin and Swiss ginger, and Paes. The latter is an isotonic power drink in two flavors and the perfect refreshment after sporting activity. The latest coup from the inventors of Tröpfel is the Sansbulle, a stylish, non-carbonated and, of course, alcohol-free accompaniment to a meal. It is available in red made from raisin grapes, haskap and aronia berries or white with lavender, sage, quince and white grapes. Sansbulle won the gold medal at the Swiss regional products competition. Over 70,000 bottles of Tröpfel drinks are now produced every year and sold throughout Switzerland.
