At Schrofen, we cultivate natural farming, traditional butchery and direct contact with customers in the farm store. Some of the popular and delicious Schrofen beef is produced on the farm. Other Schrofen beef comes from farmers in the region. The animals are always kept in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the "Particularly animal-friendly husbandry" (BTS).
