Mausacker Biohof-Beiz

The Biohof-Beiz Mausacker in Steinebrunn combines agriculture with enjoyment. The kitchen prepares regional and seasonal dishes with organic and slow food values.
There are 500 fruit trees on the Mausacker, on which around 80,000 kilograms of apples and pears grow every year. They produce their own musts, such as cider, verjus and vinegar. Some of this ends up in glasses and on plates in the Besenbeiz. No longer an insider tip, the annual stockfish weeks from the end of January to Good Friday are all the more rewarding.
If you want to observe nature and get away from it all, the Biohof-Beiz Mausacker is just the place for you. There is an "open day" (almost) every day at the Mausacker. If possible, guests are accompanied to the animals. If you want to experience more, you are welcome to ask about the various events and activities.
