Four-poster bed - sleeping under the apple tree
Once a welcome relief for farmers, today a creative overnight accommodation: Thurgau Tourism's latest four-poster bed has been created on the wagon of a Rapid Special.
The single-axle trailer with a double bed can be parked on warm summer nights under your favorite apple tree on the Hagschnurer Hof farm in Hüttwilen. At this exceptional open-air location, with nothing but the apple tree and starry sky above you, you can experience the scents and colors of Thurgau's nature unfiltered and up close. Even light rain or uncertain weather will not spoil this special experience. It is now possible to simply stretch a transparent tarpaulin over the four-poster bed. There is also emergency accommodation for guests in the Schüür.
