Located directly on the picturesque Seerhein in Gottlieben, the Gottlieber Seecafé with its beautiful outdoor terrace invites you to enjoy a leisurely coffee and store in the Manufakturladen. All Gottlieber Hüppen and specialties can be conveniently purchased here.
For many chocolate and specialty lovers, Gottlieber Hüppen and Gottlieber products are considered the finest delicacies. They are part of Switzerland's culinary heritage. The famous Gottlieber art of confectionery is cultivated and constantly refined in the owner-managed manufactory. The wafer-thin, warm crêpes, no thicker than 0.7 mm, are still baked individually as in the past and rolled one by one like the leaf of a precious Havana cigar. This is done very carefully and precisely, as if by hand.
All Gottlieber specialties such as Hüppen, cocoa almonds and chocolate can be purchased in the Gottlieber Seecafé with its manufactory store. Visitors can enjoy a cool beer, champagne or a good glass of wine in a pleasant atmosphere on the beautiful lakeside terrace. But even on foggy autumn and winter days, guests can unwind and watch the flowing waters of the Seerhein over a hot and fragrant cup of coffee.
