Fishermen's houses - Holidays in a listed building

The old fishermen's houses in Romanshorn, built in 1671, were restored in 2011 in accordance with conservation principles and put into operation as vacation apartments in a listed building.
Various details, such as the beam and stud construction of the walls, the remains of old wallpaper and the wooden floors, give an idea of simple life in the 17th/18th century.
You can still experience the charm of simple craftsmen's accommodation. The two apartments have modern kitchens, bathrooms, antique wood-burning stoves and a romantic inner courtyard. They are located right next to the train station and 150m from the lakeshore.
The first apartment is in the lakeside part of the house and has 2 rooms and a bathroom for a maximum of 4 people. The second apartment is also located in the lakeside part of the house and accommodates up to 6 people in 3 rooms. The apartment also has a kitchen and a bathroom.
