The large (92m²) 3.5-room apartment in Uttwil is a two-minute walk from the lake, bathing area and boat landing stage. From there, guests can enjoy a magnificent view over the lake and to the mountains.

The apartment is equipped with one double and one twin room, as well as a kitchen and bathroom. Room height 2.05 meters. There is a barbecue in the garden seating area. The apartment also has an exercise bike, radio, TV and WLAN. In addition to a parking space, there is also a bicycle shed.
