Altnau bathing beach
The idyllic apple village of Altnau has an exceptional, free bathing beach on Lake Constance. The large sunbathing lawn, shaded by poplar trees, offers plenty of space for relaxation.
The longest jetty on Lake Constance, at almost 300 meters, is particularly impressive and is also affectionately known as the "stem" of the apple village. You can jump into the water via a small platform attached to the jetty and sunbathe on the raft. Sandcastle architects and digging kings will find all kinds of shovels and buckets in a play box on the small sand section. Public barbecue areas invite you to grill sausages together.
